Caring for Caregivers

The home health and hospice industries continue to undergo rapid change. Collectively, we will best serve our patients by collaborating, sharing best practices and learning from each other.

Thornberry is committed to facilitating such a learning community for the industry. We contribute to this learning environment by providing a monthly email called Connecting the Dots, which offers insight on key industry topics, webinars and other educational tools.

Thornberry also believes in the role of humor in healing and caregiver morale. In an effort to spread health and humor we've developed a program called "Caring for Caregivers".

Larry Brennan, the Health and Humor Ambassador (HaHA), uses ventriloquism as a unique teaching method to spread humor to caregivers! Thornberry sponsors Larry Brennan's 'Humor in Healthcare' seminars at state shows and NAHC.
