OASIS-C

Thornberry's team of experts including experienced home health and hospice clinicians, developers, technology experts and support specialists came together to help prepare our customers for the implementation of OASIS-C.

We not only incorporated OASIS-C into the assessment, but we also used the opportunity to make additional changes to improve the quality of documentation and enhance the clinician's efficiency when using Thornberry's home health and hospice software, NDoc®.

We focused on advancements beyond OASIS-C including:

• incorporated help boxes to assist clinicians in charting within OASIS-C guidelines
• updated navigation to streamline clinicians workflow
• increased hyperlinks within assessments to facilitate ease of field to field transition
• enhanced consistency standards to increase accurate charting
• expanded problem logic database for more proactive patient-centric care
