The NAHC 30th Annual Meeting & Exposition has come and gone. You came home with a folder filled with ideas, business cards and sales material all promising to make you and your agency a home care super star! So...now what?
Clear the clutter and put a plan in place to use the information you gathered to advance your organization. Here's how:
1. Identify one problem you are trying to solve?
2. Make a list of the top three ideas you heard at NAHC that speak to your issue.
3. Develop a basic plan on how to implement these three ideas.
4. Set a timeline to put your ideas into practice and stick to it!
5. Attend NAHC in 2012 and repeat.
