CAHPS Poll Are you ready for CAHPS?Thornberry Adds New vLearning ToolsvLearning is a valuable training resource and is being used for all new customer implementations of NDoc. The vLearning videos have proven to be a great help in decreasing first-time user anxiety, and making the first hands-on use of NDoc a comfortable experience. But, vLearning is not a tool to be used only by new customers; we encourage all current customers to utilize the videos to re-train staff, educate new staff and enhance the NDoc abilities of experienced users. We've recently added three new videos to the vLearning library: Intro to Medications, Intro to Orders, and A Day in the Life of a Clinician. more 2010 Annual User ConferenceThornberry recently hosted its Annual User Conference in Lancaster, PA. Attended by over 60 customers and partners from all across the nation, topics covered included HIPAA & HITECH, OASIS-C, Health Information Exchange, CAHPS, Syncs, Server Virtualization, Employee Activity and more. The unique educational sessions provided customers a chance to learn new information as well as share ideas and network with fellow NDoc users. more Announcing the 2010 NDoc System Manager Award RecipientCecelia Clayton, Executive Director of Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Foundation, is the 2010 recipient of Thornberry's "System Manager of the Year" award.
