Many customers say NDocĀ® home care and hospice software is an outstanding product and the support is the best they have ever received. They say it feels as if Thornberry drops everything if there is an issue and diligently works to resolve it quickly.

Support services are provided through an email-based automated support system and by phone. Calls are answered by a live voice during business hours. The support team includes customer support specialists, developers writing the software and experienced home care and hospice clinicians who are technical experts in NDoc. This team enables exceptional support.

Standard support is offered weekdays from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST. Emergency on-call support is available 24/7. Though rarely used, billable on-site support is available.
